I've loved art for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was always drawing, painting, or finding some creative way to make a mess. Over the years, life got busy and my paintbrushes spent more time gathering dust than creating artwork, but eventually I found my way back to painting—and I'm so glad I did.

Nature and animals have always been a huge part of my life. Whether it's watching birds in the garden, spotting wildlife on a walk, or spending time with much-loved pets, animals have a way of helping us slow down and appreciate the moment. They certainly do for me.

Painting has become more than just a creative outlet; it's my way of switching off from the noise of everyday life and reconnecting with what matters. Every piece I create is inspired by the character, beauty and spirit of the animals that share our world. Some make us smile, some make us stop and think, and some simply remind us to take a breath.
